All purchases made through Meraki Crystal are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, including change of mind or dislike of the product.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow the steps below:
- Record an unboxing video clearly showing the package from all sides before opening.
- Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims without proper proof or made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
If the claim is approved, we will provide a one-time replacement for the damaged/incorrect item. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
